APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGNS AND STAND FOR SALE OF
FREWORKS FOR LYNN SORCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE
SENTRY PARKING LOT IN THE MUSKEGO CENTER SHOPPING COMPLEX
(W189 S7847 RACINE AVENUE)
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Lynn Sorce to locate a temporary sales tent
and signs advertising the sale of fireworks, and
WHEREAS, Fireworks sales were operated at this location last year without any reported
problems and that temporary sales vendors are limited to one on site at any one time, and
WHEREAS, The dates and the hours of operation will be June 20*, 1999 through July 5*,
1999 from 9:OO a.m. until 9:OO p.m.
WHEREAS, The tent canopy will be 20’ x 30’ in size and will contain four 4’ x 8’ banners
on the tent, and
WHEREAS, A site plan has been filed for Staff review and that proof of sanitary facilities
accommodations has been provided.
WHEREAS, An electrical permit and inspection will be required by the Building
0 Inspection Department for the electricity hookup.
THEREFORE BE 1T RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the request for a
temporary stand at the Sentry parking lot in the Muskego Center Shopping Complex for
fireworks sales for Lynn Source subject to the above conditions.
