APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE PARK AM) OPEN SPACE PLAN FOR THE
CITY OF MUSKEG0 PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego Plan Commission approved the Park and Open Space
Plan for the City through Resolution #P.C. 209-91, and
WHEREAS, The changing interests and needs of the City residents require a constant
review of this study by the Parks and Recreation Board, and
WHEREAS, The Parks and Recreation Board has determined at its April 12, 1999
meeting that the outlot parcel in Rosewood Estates Subdivision will not be required to be
dedicated to the City as a hture park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission, upon recommendation of
the Parks and Recreation Board does hereby adopt the amendment to the Park and Open Space
Plan for the City of Muskego for the Rosewood Estates Subdivision and recommends approval by
the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the amendment will be forwarded to the
Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission upon approval by the Common Council.
