PCR1999057RESOLUTION #P.C.57-99 6 APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE LANG PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 'A OF SECTION 21 ON RAClNE AVENUE (TAX KEY NO. 2243.991) WHEREAS, On April 22, 1999 a sketch was submitted by lohn Lang for a two (2) lot land division for the Lang property located in the SW 'A of Section 21 on Racine Avenue (Tax Key No. 2243.991). and WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area of approximately 5 acres and an average width of approximately 260 feet. and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned R-1, Country Estate District, requiring a minimum lot size of 80,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 200 feet, and subject parcels do meet said minimum zoning requirements for lot area, and WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area as being set aside for suburban residential development and this proposal is within this goal, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by private sewer and water, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot land division of the Lang property located in the SW 'A of Section 21 on Racine Avenue (Tax Key No. 2243.991).
