APPROVAL OF A ONE (1) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE PELLMAN
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW Vi OF SECTION I5 AT
S78 W16312 WOODS ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2218.990)
WHEREAS, On April 20. 1999 a sketch was submitted by Glen Miller for a one (1) lot
land division for the Pellman property located in the NW 'h of Section 15 at S78 W16312 Woods
Road (Tax Key No. 2218.990). and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area of
! approximately 12 acres and an average width of approximately 900 feet. and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-2, Suburban Residence District, requiring a
minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 110 feet, and subject
parcels do meet said minimum zoning requirements for lot area, and
WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area as being set aside for medium
density residential development and this proposal is within this goal, and
WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by City sewer and water
THEREFORE BE 1T RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified
Survey Map being submitted creating a one (I) lot land division of the Pellman property located in
the NW 'h of Section 15 at S78 W16312 Woods Road (Tax Key No. 2218.990).
