PCR1999055AMENDED APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING. SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE WOODS ROAD SENIOR VILLAGE PROPERTY LOCATED AT RACINE AVENUE AND WOODS ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2242.984 AND A PORTION OF 2241.999) RESOLUTION #P.C. 55-99 WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by New Markets, Inc. to amend the existing building, site and operation plan of the Woods Road Senior Village Property located at Racine Avenue and Woods Road (Tax Key No. 2242.984 and a portion of 2241.999) on May 18,1999, and WHEREAS, A building, site, and operation plan was approved in Resolution #P.C. 140- 98 for a 24 unit facility to be for elderly residents, with 14 one-bedroom units, and 10 two- bedroom units on a 2.56 acre site. and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RSWOIP, Multiple Family Residence District with an Institutional and Public Service Overlay and the existing use is in conformance to all the requirements of said zoning district, and WHEREAS, The proposed amendment is to alter the exterior building materials to brick and siding, remove the exterior stairwells, and construct a four-season sunroom which will have brick from the ground level to the base f the second story, and WHEREAS, The proposed amendment is to relocate the ramp servicing the underground parking to better address storm-water drainage. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended building, site and operation plan to alter the exterior building materials to brick and siding, remove the exterior stairwells. constmct a four-season sunroom, and relocate the ramp servicing the underground parking for the Woods Road Senior Village Property located at Racine Avenue And Woods Road (Tax Key No. 2242.984 and a portion of 2241.999). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both. THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That approval is contingent upon resubmitting grading and drainage plans that meet the Engineering review due to reconfiguration of underground parking.
