APPROVAL OF A ONE (I) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE SCHWEITZER
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE % OF SECTION 13 AT
W 124 S797S NORTH CAPE ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2209.999)

WHEREAS, On April 14, 1999 a sketch was submitted by Judith and Charles Schweitzer
for a one (1) lot land division for the Schweitzer property located in the NE ‘A of Section 13 at
W124 S797S North Cape Road (Tax Key No. 2209.999), and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area of 10
acres and an average width of 643 feet, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned R-2, Country Home District, requiring a minimum lot
size of 60,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 175 feet, and subject parcels do meet
said minimum zoning requirements for lot area, and
WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area as being set aside for suburban
density residential development and this proposal is within this goal, and
WHEREAS, Said parcels may be serviced by City sewer and will utilize private water,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified 0 Survey Map being submitted creating a one (1) lot land division of the Schweitzer property
located in the NE % of Section 13 at W124 S7975 North Cape Road (Tax Key No. 2209.999).
THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Plan Commission waive the
request to have the 68 acre remnant parcel surveyed.
