APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE LANG
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE % AND NW % OF SECTION 28

WHEREAS. A sketch was submitted on April 8, 1999 by the DNR, for a two (2) lot land
division in the NE and NW %s of Section 28, of the Lang property, located at W185 S9950
Parker Road. and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create two (2) lots, both with a minimum
of 35 acres, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned ENOD, Exclusive Agricultural with Duplex Overlay,
requiring a minimum lot size of 35 acres and an average minimum width of 1,275 feet, and said
lots appear to meet said minimum zoning requirements, and
WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area for Agricultural and rural
development, and
WHEREAS, Said parcels are not in the City’s sewer service area and will not access city
water, and
WHEREAS, Access to the parcel will be off an easement from the parent parcel.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a plat of
survey and waive the submittal requirement of a Certified Survey Map being submitted
creating a two (2) lot land division in the NE and SW %s of Section 28 of the Lange property
subject to the delineation of any wetland and flood plain areas. Wetlands to be delineated by the
Army Corps, DNR or SEWERPC. Flood plain to be delineated by a surveyor
