PCR1999048e AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 48-99 APPROVAL OF A ONE (I) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE SCHAUMBERG PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE % AND SW 'A OF SECTION 21 (TAX KEY NO. 2241.997) WHEREAS. A sketch was submitted on April 8, 1999 by the DNR. for a one (1) lot land division in the NE and SW X's of Section 21, of the Schaumberg property, located at W181 S9 102 Parker Drive, and WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create one (1) lot. with a minimum of 120.000 square feet, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned A, Agricultural and EA, Exclusive Agricultural and the proposed land divisions would occur in the Agricultural zoned districts, requiring a minimum lot size of 120,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 300 feet, and said lots appear to meet said minimum zoning requirements, and WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area for Agricultural and rural development, and WHEREAS, Said parcels are not in the City's sewer service area and will not access city 0 water, and WHEREAS, Access to the parcel will be off an easement from the parent parcel. and adjacent parcel. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a plat of survey and waive the submittal requirement of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a one (1) lot land division in the NE and SW %'s of Section 21 of the Schaumberg property subject to the delineation of any wetland and flood plain areas. Wetlands to be delineated by the Army Corps, DNR or SEWERPC. Flood plain to be delineated by a surveyor. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF file of this CSM be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).
