APPROVAL OF A FIVE (5) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE SALENTINE
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE 'A OF SECTION 30
(TAX KEY NO. 2280.998)
RESOLUTION #P.C. 43-99
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on March 18, 1999 by the Wayne Salentine, for a
five (5) lot sketch land division for the Salentine property located in the SE % of Section 30
(Tax Key No. 2280.998), and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create five (5) lots, four with a minimum
of 8.75acres and the fifth lot with a minimum of 5 acres, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned A, Agricultural, requiring a minimum lot size of
120,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 300 feet, and all but one lot appears to
meet said minimum zoning requirements, and
WHEREAS, the substandard lot has been proposed to the City of Muskego Parks and
Recreation Board as dedicated park land, and
WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area for Agricultural and rural
development, and
0 WHEREAS. Said parcels are in the City's sewer service area and will not access city
water. and
WHEREAS, Access to the parcel will be off Kelsey Drive
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified
Survey Map being submitted creating a five (5) lot land division in the SE 'A of Section 30 of the
Salentine property subject to the delineation of any wetland and flood plain areas. Wetlands to be
delineated by the Army Corps, DNR or SEWERPC. Flood plain to be delineated by a surveyor.
