PCR1999034AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 34-99 KNUDSEN PROPERTY LOCATED AT W198 S7380 HILLENDALE DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2190.994.009) APPROVAL OF A MOTHER-m-LAW/TWO FAMILY UNIT FOR THE WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Richard Knudsen, for the property located at W198 S7380 Hillendale Drive for a mother-in-law/two family unit, and WHEREAS, A mother-in-lawhwo family unit is a permitted accessory use subject to the conditions placed under Section 8.01 (7) 8.14, requiring a notification of neighboring parcels within 100 feet of the property and limiting the size of said structure to 800 square feet, and WHEREAS, Neighboring parcels within 100 feet have been notified and said plans indicate that said unit would not exceed 800 square feet, but include one bedroom for the rnother- in-law/two family unit, and WHEREAS, The circulation layout is through a diningiving area, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a mother-in- lawltwo family unit for the Knudsen property located at W198 S7380 Hillendale Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
