AUTO SERVICE, AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S73 W16437 JANESVILLEROAD (TAXKEY NO. 2198.948) WHEREAS, A Conceptual plan was submitted to amend an existing Conditional Use that permits the operation of a 5-bay auto service center by Firestone Auto Service at the property located at S73 W16473 Janesville Road (formerly United Auto Body, Inc.), and WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-4, Highway Business, and whereas the existing use is a permitted conditional use, and WHEREAS, The petitioner proposes to seek to alter the existing structure to accommodate the proposed use, and WHEREAS, Said request represents a substantial change to the amount of vehicles permitted for sale under the conditional use and would thus require a Public Hearing before the Planning Commission.
