THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S83 W20618 JANESVILLE ROAD

WHEREAS, On July 19, 1983, the Plan Commission granted permission to park a semi-
tractor with trailer not to exceed a three (3) year period, and
WHEREAS, In Resolution #PC 11-90, the Plan Commission approved the parking of the
semi-tractor with trailer for a one year period to be renewed in January 1991, and whereas the
Plan Commission approved the continuous parking of the semi-tractor with trailer until January
1992, through Resolution #PC 07-91, and whereas the Plan Commission approved the continuous
parking ofthe semi-tractor with trailer until January 1993, through Resolution #PC 05-92, and
WHEREAS, Resolution #PC 05-92, granted permission for the parking of one semi-
tractor with trailer, a utility trailer and a pick-up truck topper, until January 1993, at which time it
shall be reviewed, and
WHEREAS, The character of the area has not sipficantly changed since the original
approvals were granted except for a commercial facility under construction across the street;
however, a new subdivision and duplexes are under construction for the area adjacent to the
0 property,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve permission for the
continuous parking of one semi-tractor with trailer, until March 2000.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That trailer parking will be allowed for six (6) months
(review of this activity will be conducted by the Plan Commission) or upon occupancy being
issued to one of the buildings in the adjacent property, whichever comes first.
