RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR
A TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE CHAMPIONS VILLAGE OF COUNTRY
CLUB VILLAGES PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE Vi AND NW 'A OF SECTION 25
(TAX KEY NO. 2257.041 and 2257.085 / S97 W12665 CHAMPIONS DRIVE)
WHEREAS, On February 5, 1999 a certified survey map was submitted by Burke Homes
for a two (2) lot land division in the NE 'A and NW 'A of Section 25, of the property, addressed as
S97 W 12665 Champions Drive. and
WHEREAS, Said Certified Survey Map substantially conforms to that of the Plan
Commission's previously approved final plat for the Champions Village Subdivision, under
Resolution #P.C. 113-95, on June 13, 1995, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned R-2/0PD, Suburban Residence with Planned
Development Overlay, and said lots appear to meet the minimum zoning requirements, and
WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area for planned development review,
and the development conforms to the Comprehensive Plan, and
a WHEREAS, Said parcels are serviced by City sewer and will access water through private
community well facilities.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a certified
survey map for a two (2) lot land division in the NE '/4 and NW Vi of Section 25, of the Burke
Homes property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF or COG0 file of this CSM be submitted to
the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).
