APPROVAL OF WALL SIGNAGE FOR MUSKEG0 MOVIE PLEX, AT THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT S67 W19491 TANS DRIVE
WHEREAS, On January 7, 1999, plans illustrating four wall sign by Jones Sign and
Nelson Harkins were submitted for the Muskego Movie Plex at S67 W19491 Tans Drive, and
WHEREAS, The wall signs would consist of two 60.69 square foot signs (121.38 square
foot total) facing Racine Avenue and two 40 square feet signs (totaling 80 square feet) facing the
east parking area and all would be internally illuminated, being installed in the locations approved
by the Plan Commission during the review and approval of the building plans under Resolutions
#P.C. 235-97 and #P.C. 99-97, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-2 Local Senice Center District permitting up to
179 square feet of signage on the east and west building elevations, and said signage conforms
with the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance and requires Plan Commission
approval prior to the issuance of a building and zoning permit.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of four wall signs
as follows: two 60.69 square foot signs (121.38 square foot total) facing Racine Avenue and two
40 square feet signs (totaling 80 square feet) facing the east parking area and all would be
internally illuminated, being installed in the locations approved by the Plan Commission during the
review and approval of the building plans under Resolutions #P.C. 235-97 and #P.C. 99-97, for 0 the Muskego Movie Plex at S67 W19491 Tans Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a
copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall
be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
