APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE! MAREK
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW ‘A OF SECTION 13
(TAX KEY NO. 2209.943 JUST EAST OF S82 W13560 HI VIEW DRIVE)
RESOLUTION #P.C.O4-99
WHEREAS, On December 18, 1998 a sketch was submitted by Stephen J. Marek for a
two (2) lot land division of the property located in the NW ‘A of Section 13, (Tax Key No.
2209.943 just east of S82 W13560 Hi View Dr.), and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area of over
40,000 square feet and an average minimum width of over 1 SO feet, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RSE, Suburban Estates District, and R-2 Country
Home District requiring a minimum lot size of 40,000 square feet and an average minimum width
of 150 feet, a minimum lot size of 60,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 175 feet
repectively and both parcels appear to meet said minimum zoning requirements, and
WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area as being set aside for low density
residential development and this proposal is within this goal, and
e WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by City sewer and private water
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of Option D for
a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot land division of the Marek property
in the NW ‘A of Section 13 subject to delineation of wetlands and determination of navigability of
adjacent drainage way.
