PCR1998199AMENDED RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAF' FOR A FOUR (4) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE VILLAGES AT MUSKEG0 LAKES PROPERTY BY BURKE HOMES LOCATED IN THE NW 54 OF SECTION 25 RESOLUTION #P.C. 199-98 e WHEREAS, On November 20, 1998 a certified survey map was submitted by Bill Pucillo for Burke Properties for a four (4) lot land division of the Muskego Lakes Corporation property located in the NW % of Section 25, encompassing 38.68 acres lying west of Jimmy DeMaret drive and north of Champions Drive, and WHEREAS, Said Certified Survey Map substantially conforms to that of the Plan Commission's previously approved sketch review, under Resolution #P.C. 181-98 of October 20, 1998, and preliminary plat review under Resolution #P.C. 237-92 ofNovember 17, 1992, and WHEREAS, Said property is conceptually zoned A, Agricultural District, requiring minimum lot sizes of 120,000 square feet and 60,000 square feet respectively average minimum widths of 300 feet and 175 feet, and said lots appear to meet said minimum zoning requirements, and WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area for OPD Planned Unit Development district containing mixed uses of freestanding single family units as well and attached units, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by City sewer and will access water through a community well. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council of a Certified Survey Map for a four (4) lot land division of the Villages at Muskego Lakes Partnership property located in the NW % of Section 25 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF or COG0 file of this CSM be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette). THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That ownership for lots 1 and 3 be shown to be tied to existing golf course property before certified survey map is submitted to Common Council.
