RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL
CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE KASTELLO PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NW 'A SECTION 3, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a four lot land division was submitted on November 20,
1998 by Terratech Engineers for the Kastello property located along C.T.H "G" in the NW 1/4 of Section
3, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the
City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no codicts with future street
patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extratemtorial Certified Survey Map creating a four lot
land division of the Kastello property, located in the NW 114 of Section 3, Town of Norway.
