PCR1998188AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 188-98 a APPROVAL OF BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR A DUPLEX FOR E.M.CORPORATION AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT LOT #I 5, PARK ESTATES SUBDIVISION (NORTHWEST CORNER OF PASADENA DR. & JANESVILLE RD.) WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on October 23, 1998 by E. M. Corporation for a building, site and operation plan for Duplex at the property located at Lot #15, Park Estates Subdivision (Northwest comer of Pasadena Dr & Janesville Rd.), and WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned RS-I/OPD Suburban Residence District with a Planned Development Overlay, and subject duplex is a permitted use by way of the OPD documents. and WHEREAS, The proposed duplex presents only one garage to each street elevation, a configuration the Plan Commission has found to be desirable, and WHEREAS, Each unit totals 1400 square feet and is in compliance with the deed restrictions for Park Estates Planned Unit Development. THEREFORE BE 1T RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the building, site and operation plan submitted October 23, 1998 by E. M. Corporation for a Duplex at the property located at Lot #I5 in the Park Estates Subdivision (northwest comer of Pasadena Dr and Janesville Rd.). 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That shutters be added around upper windows on the south elevation. Brick will be added as stated in supplement. Decorative element on south elevation gable end.
