PCR1998184AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 184-98 APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE FOR AN ANIMAL HOSPITAL (MORE SPECIFICALLY A PET SHOP) FOR THE NORTHLAND DEVELOPMENT, INC PROPERTY LOCATED AT S75 W17321 JANESVILLE ROAD (HOEFT PETITION) WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Jerry Hoeft on October 7, 1998 for conditional use request for building, site and operation plan approval for a pet store at the Northland Development, Inc. property located at S75 W17321 Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned B-3, General Business District, and said use is a permitted use by conditional use grant, and WHEREAS, the pet store would include the sale of birds, fish, reptiles and small mammals as well as pet supplies, and outdoor supplies such as birdfeeders, birdbaths, misters, drippers and wild bird seed. No animal care or grooming of animals other than those offered for sale shall occur, and WHEREAS, the pet store area will be partitioned off in the western half of the Builder’s Carpet tenant space and will encompass approximately 3,500 square feet. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the building, site and operation plan submitted October 7, 1998 by Jeny Hoefl for a pet store at the Northland Development Inc. property located at S75 Wl7321 Janesville Road. e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to the size of the tenant area and types of products offered for sale shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That pet store will have their own dumpster, and not share with other tenants. Signage will need to be submitted for review.
