RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL
CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE JACOBSON PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NW 'A SECTION 5, TOWN OF NORWAY
8623 RACINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a one (1) lot land division was submitted on October 22,
1998 by Robert Jacobson for the property located at 8623 Racine Avenue in the NW 1/4 of Section 5,
Town of NORW AY, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the
City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with kture street
patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of NORWAY must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extratenitorid Certified Survey Map creating a one (I)
lot land division of the Jacobson property, located at 8623 Racine Avenue in the NW114 of Section 5, 0 Town of NORWAY
