PCR19981821 AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 182-98 DETERMINATION OF A SUBSTANTIAL/NON-SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO AN EXISTING CONDITIONAL USE FOR THE INDOOR STORAGE OF RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE LOEBEL PROPERTY AT W181 S9134 PARKERDRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2241.997.001) WHEREAS, On November 21, 1972 Mr Gerald Loebel was granted a conditional use to utilize buildings on parcel of land approximately 7 acres in size for the indoor storage of recreational equipment on the Loebel property located at W 181 S9134 Parker Drive,and WHEREAS, Said approval indicated that there were three barns, three sheds, two homes, and two garages all contained on one parcel, and WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on September 25, 1998, and revised on October 15, 1998 illustrating a two (2) lot land division of the Loebel property located in the SW l/r of Section 21, addressed as W 18 1 S9 134 Parker Drive, and WHEREAS, Said sketch illustrated that proposed land division would result in the two barns (used for recreational equipment storage) one home, one garage, and one shed being confined on a property approximately 4 acres in size. WHEREAS, The Zoning Ordinance empowers the Plan Commission to determine if this change in land configuration and building mix constitutes a non-substantial change in the existing conditional use. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission finds that the proposed change in land configuration and building mix constitutes a non-substantial change in the existing conditional use for recreational equipment storage and that a public hearing is not required.
