PCR19981810 TWICE AMENDED APPROVAL OF A SKETCH PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE MUIRFIELD VILLAGE SUBDIVISION BY BURKE PROPERTIES, INC., LOCATED IN THE NE 114 OF SECTION 25 RESOLUTION #P.C. 181-98 WHEREAS, A sketch for a preliminary plat was submitted by Burke Homes for the Muirtield Village Subdivision in the Villages of Muskego Lakes property located in the NE 114 of Section 25, off an extended ring-road from Lloyd Mangrum Court on October 9, 1998, and WHEREAS, Said plat consist of 16.5 acres, and proposes 42, two-family townhouse units on one common ground parcel, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned 4 Agricultural District, requiring a minimum lot sue of 2.75 acres and an average minimum width of 300 feet. However, current proposal appears to comply with the basic principles of the conceptual OPD approval for the overall project, and WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area for a planned unit development, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by City sewer and will access water through a a community well system. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a 16.5 acre, 42, two-family townhouse units on a common lot, sketch preliminary plat for the Muirfield Village Subdivision by Burke Properties, located in the Villages of Muskego Lakes property in the NE 114 of Section 25 and will be receptive to the submittal of a preliminary plat. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That building materials for each unit will consist of 50% brick. Roadway would be to minimum City street standards with curb and gutter.
