PCR1998179RESOLUTION #P.C. 179-98 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR NABCO ENTRANCES, INC. PROPERTY LOCATED AT S82 W18717 GEMINI DRIVE WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Kenneth Stawicki to amend the existing building, site and operation plan of the NABCO Entrances, Inc., property located at S82 W18717 Gemini Drive on October 8, 1998, and WHEREAS, The existing property contains an industrial warehouse, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1, Industrial Park District and the existing use is in conformance to all the requirements of said zoning district, and WHEREAS, The proposed amendment is to construct a 30 X 36 fl accessory storage building at the southeast corner of the lot and would be in conformance with said zoning district. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended building, site and operation plan for 30 X 36 ft accessory storage building at the property located at S82 W18717 Gemini Drive, for NABCO Entrances, Inc. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
