PCR1998178AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 178-98 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE FOREST HOME ENTERPRISE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S63 W 13 187 JANESVILLE ROAD WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Forest Home Enterprise to amend the existing building, site and operation plan of the Forest Home Enterprise property located at S63 W13187 Janesville Road on October 7,1998, and WHEREAS, The existing property contains a commercial office space in a residential structure, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2/00S Suburban Residence District with an Office and Special Service Overlay and the existing use is in conformance to all the requirements of said zoning district, and WHEREAS, The proposed amendment is to construct a detached accessory storage building on the west end of the parcel and would be in conformance with said zoning district. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended building, site and operation plan for a 10’ X 12’ accessory storage building at the property located at S63 W13 187 Janesville Road, for Forest Home Enterprise. e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both. BE IT RESOLVED, That additional shrubbery will be added for screening to western side of property. An additional four (4) arborvitae, six (6) feet in height will be planted.
