PCR1998176RESOLUTION #P.C. 176-98 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL FINAL PLAT FOR THE CLEARVLEW SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE NW Vi SECTION 3, TOWN OF VERNON WHEREAS. A final plat for the Clearview Subdivision was submitted by Clearview Venture, LLC for the Clearview Venture, LLC. property located in the NW 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Vernon along Townline Road, west of STH 164 on October 5, 1998, and WHEREAS, The plat consist of 21 acres and will contain 15 lots ranging from 43,95 1 to 67,072 square feet, and WHEREAS, Said Final Plat substantially conforms to that of the Plan Commission’s previously approved preliminary plat, under Resolution #P.C. 132-98, on August 4, 1998, and WHEREAS, Said subdivision is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission and Common Council is necessary under the City’s subdivision regulations and State Statutes, and WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with future street patterns of the City of Muskego, and WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Pian Commission recommends approval to the Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial Final Plat creating a 15 lot land division of the Clearview Venture, LLC., property, located in the NW 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Vernon.
