PCR1998172AMENED RESOLUTION #P.C. 172-98 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE ZBIKOWSKl PROPERTY LOCATED AT S83 W185 10 SATURN DRIVE WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by the RSI Construction Division to amend the existing building, site and operation plan of the Zbikowski property located at S83 W18510 Saturn Drive on September 29, 1998, and WHEREAS, The existing property contains Manufacturing Efficiency Services, a 3,500 sf warehouse for stub welding equipment and supplies, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1, Industrial Park District and the existing use is in conformance to all the requirements of said zoning district, and WHEREAS, The proposed amendment is to expand the existing building with a 65 x 100 foot addition (6,500 sf) and a 15 x 17 foot (105 sf) enclosed canopy and 55 foot long dock area and said additions would be in conformance the district. I THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended building, site and operation plan for a 6,500 square foot warehouse addition and a 1,190 sf enclosed canopy area at the property located at S83 W 185 10 Saturn Drive, for RSI Construction Division. e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both. THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That no outside storage will be allowed under canopy loading dock. Dumpster to be located at the rear of the building. Brick placed up to existing eave height on the front of the building with matching trim. Petitioner to come in compliance with all comments from the staRsupplement.
