PCR19981710 AMENDED APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE LOEBEL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW % OF SECTION 21 (TAX KEY NO. 2241.997.001) RESOLUTION #P.C. 171-98 WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on September 25, 1998 for a two (2) lot land division of the Loebel property located in the SW 'A of Section 21, addressed as W181 S9134 Parker Drive. and WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create two (2) lots, each with a minimum area of 130,000 square feet and an average minimum width of between 200 and 300 feet, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned A, Agricultural District, requiring a minimum lot size of 120,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 300 feet, and both lots appear to meet said minimum zoning requirements, and WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area for Agricultural and Rural development and this proposal is in compliance, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will not be serviced by City sewer and will access water through e a private system, and WHEREAS, Access easement to be shown for adjoining property to the north, and. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot land division of the Loebel property in the SW % of Section 21 subject to the delineation of any wetland and floodplain areas.
