APPROVAL OF AMENDING THE FACE OF A SUBDIVISION PLAT NOT PROHIBITING
DRIVE WAY ACCESS ON ADRIAN DRIVE OF THE LAKEVIEW HIGHLANDS NORTH
SUBDIVISION FOR DON DREW
(W198 S6852 ADMAN DRIVE)
WHEREAS, A petition to have driveway access of Adrian Drive was submitted by Don Drew of
W198 S6852 Adrian Drive, Lot 17 of the Lakeview Highlands North Subdivision on September 14,
1998, and
WHEREAS, A note on the recorded subdivision plat restricted direct access onto Adrian Drive
for this and other lots, and
WHEREAS, Petitioner has applied to the Public Works Committee for a recommendation to
access Adrian Drive and is further subject to Plan Commission review with a recommendation to
Common Council, whether the amendment to the subdivision plat should be considered a substantial
change requiring a Public Hearing.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends to the
Common Council approval permitting direct access onto Adrian Drive for the property located at
W 198 S6852 Adrain Drive, Lot 17 of the Lakeview Highlands North Subdivision.
