RESOLUTION #P.C. 163-98
APPROVAL OF WALL SIGN FOR JEROME DRUGS, AT THE NORTHLAND
DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY LOCATED AT S75 W17301 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, Plans for a flat wall sign was submitted by Jerome Godfried for the
Northland Development Property at the address located at S75 W17301 Janesville Road on
September 24, 1998, and
WHEREAS, The wall sign would be one sided, 59.5 square feet and would be internally
illuminated, along the east side of the building facing Lannon Drive, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-3, General Business District, and said signage
conforms with the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance and requires Plan
Commission approval prior to the issuance of a building and zoning permit.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a flat wall sign,
59.5 square feet and being internally illuminated, along the east side of the building facing Lannon
Drive at the property located at S75 W17301 Janesville Road, for Jerome Drugs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a
copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall
be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
