PCR1998159RESOLUTION #P.C. 159-98 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AM) OPERATION PLAN FOR THE OLSON PROPERTY LOCATED AT S73 W16790 JANESVILLE ROAD WHEREAS, Plans were submitted to amend the existing building, site and operation plan for the Olson property by Greg Olson at the property located at S73 W16790 Janesville Road on August 2 1, 1998, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-4/0PD, Highway Business District with a Planned Development Overlay and contains a conditional use, and the existing operation conforms to all the requirements of said zoning district and conditional use, and WHEREAS, The proposed amendment is to expand the permitted outdoor storage are on the parcel grounds, permit an expanded area for outdoor displays and allow the installation of a fence along the west lot line in the street yard area of Janesville Road. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended building, site and operation plan for an 8’ wooden fence, expanded outdoor storage area not more than 50’ alongside of building, an expanded outdoor display area total times for display being 16, allowing eight of therse items to be placed in the easement on the east side, and allow the installation of a fence at Mr Olson’s discretion four foot high ascetically pleasing, but would prefer flowers or shrubs along the west lot line in the street yard area of Janesville Road at the property located at S73 W16790 Janesville Road, for Greg Olson. e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
