PCR1998154RESOLUTION #P.C. 154-98 AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S73 W 16663 JANESVILLE ROAD APPROVAL OF MAtN IDENTIFICATION SIGN FOR THE MUSKEG0 PUBLIC LIBRARY, WHEREAS, Plans for a main identification sign by Durrant Architects, was submitted for the City of Muskego for the Public Library to be located at S73 W16663 Janesville Road on August 26, 1998, and WHEREAS, The main identification sign would be monument style ground sign with two (2) display sides, on a brick base pedestal that would have a 48 square foot display area and will be externally illuminated, to be located along Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, The sign location and landscaping plan has been approved by the Plan I Commission under Resolution #P.C. 144-98, on August 4, 1998, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-2/0IF', Local Service Center District with a Planned Development Overlay and said signage conforms with the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance and requires Plan Commission approval prior to the issuance of a building and zoning permit. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a main identification sign would be monument style ground sign with two (2) display sides, on a brick base pedestal that would have a 48 square foot display area and will be externally illuminated, 0 lights to be approved by staff, to be located along Janesville Road, for Durrant Architects at the property located at S73 W 16663 Janesville Road. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
