PCR19981490 AMENDED RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO REZONE THE LUDWIG PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE NW Vi OF SECTION 34, FROM NOHS, AGRICLnTURAL DISTMCT WITH A HIGHWAY SERVICE OVERLAY TO B-4/0HS, HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT WITH A HIGHWAY SERVICE OVERLAY (TAX KEY NOS. 2294.999.001) RESOLUTION #P.C. 149-98 WHEREAS, A conceptual amendment to a building, site and operation plan was approved by the Planning Commission for a 40 X 60 foot (2,400 square foot) addition to the existing cabinet shop at the property located at S106 W16440 Muskego Dam Road for the Ludwig property under Resolution #PC 129-98q on August 4, 1998, and WHEREAS, A recommendation for approval requested that the property be rezoned from A/OHS, Agricultural District with a Highway Service Overlay to B-4/0HS, Highway Business District with a Highway Service Overlay and that the existing conditional use be amended for the expansion, and WHEREAS, A Public Hearing for the rezoning has been scheduled before the Common Council on August 25, 1998, and a Public Hearing for a conditional use has been scheduled before the Planning Commission on September I, 1998, and WHEREAS, The adjacent properties to the south and east are zoned B-4, Highway Business and the remaining parcels adjacent to this area are zoned A, Agricultural, and WHEREAS, The City of Muskego Land Use Plan for the Year 2005 anticipates this specific area for continued commercial use and agricultural and rural preservation. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby recommend approval to the Common Council for the rezoning of approximately 1.3 acres of Ludwig property located in the NW '/s of Section 34, from A/OHS, Agricultural District with a Highway Service Overlay to B-UOHS, Highway Business District with a Highway Service Overlay.
