PCR1998142RESOLUTION #P.C. 142-98 THE! OSCHMANN PROPERTY LOCATED AT S79 W 1585 1 AUD MAR DRIVE WHEREAS, Plans were submitted to amend the existing building, site and operation plan of the Oschmann property at S79 W15851 Aud Mar Drive on July 24, 1998, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-Z/OLR, Suburban Residence District with a Lake Recreation Overlay and a conditional use, and the existing operation conforms to all the requirements of said zoning district, and WHEREAS, The proposed amendment is to expand the existing residence on the north end of the principle building on the lot, and WHERAS, The principle building on the lot contains the existing residence and a supper club including restaurant and ballroom facilities. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended building, site and operation plan for a residential expansion of the principle building on the lot at the property located at S79 W1585 1 Aud Mar Drive, for Steven and Lauri Oschman. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
