PCR1998141AMTNDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 141-98 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE REDELINEATION OF TWO (2) LOTS FOR THE WIZAEI"R0 PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE VI OF SECTION 17 AND THE NW '/4 OF SECTION 16 (TAXKEY NO. 2221.006 AND 2221.012) WHEREAS, A certified survey map for the redelineation of two (2) lots and the creation of an outlot was submitted by Jahnke and Jahnke, for the Wiza and Inpro property located in the NE '/4 of Section 17 and the NW '/4 of Section 16 on July 22, 1998, and WHEREAS, Said Certified Survey Map substantially conforms to that of the Plan Commission's previously approved sketch through an amended building, site and operation plan, under Resolution #P.C. 078-98, on May 5, 1998, and WHEREAS, Said properties are zoned 1-1, Industrial Park, requiring a minimum lot sue of 40,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 150 feet, and said lots appear to meet said minimum zoning requirements for the exception of the outlot, and WHEREAS, The outlot is proposed to be utilized by Lot 1 for overflow parking only, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council of a Certified Survey Map for a the redelineation of two (2) lots and the creation of an outlot in the NE % of Section 17 and NW % of Section 16 of the Wiza and Inpro property subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF or COG0 file of this CSM be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette). BE IT RESOLVED, That a note be placed on the Certified Survey Map stating that if outlot one is ever conveyed back to the parent parcel, the outlot should be required to be deed restricted back to Parcel 2.
