RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL
PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE CLEARVIEW SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE
NW % SECTION 3, TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for the Clearview Subdivision, a 2 1 acre, 15 lot subdivision, was
submitted by Land Tech Engineering for the Clearview, LLC., property located along Townline Road in
thew 1/4 of Section 3, Town ofVernon, on July 20, 1998, and
WHEREAS, Said subdivision is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the
City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission and Common Council is necessary under the
City's subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no contlicts with future street
patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEXEAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extratenitorial preliminary plat creating a 15 lot land
division of the Clearview, LLC., property, located in the NW 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Vernon.
