APPROVAL OF A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
AN INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE FOR THE SCHOPF
PROPERTY LOCATED AT ENTERPRISE DRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 128-98
WHEREAS, Plans for an industrial warehouse to house a cleaning service for the Schopf
property was submitted by Morton Buildings, Inc., at the property located at the north side of the
end of Enterprise Drive cul-de-sac, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned 1-1, Industrial Park, and said use is a permitted use by
right, and
WHEREAS, The building will house comercidresidential cleaner of carpet and would
store 2 to 3 cleaning vans and will include a one room office, and
WHEREAS, The plans show a 3,780 square foot metal building with a three (3) foot brick
base along the south (entry) elevation and the east elevation contains two (2) overhead doors and
a 168 square foot oEce at the southwest comer of the building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the building,
site and operation plan submitted (received July 10, 1998) by Morton Buildings, Inc., for an

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be
maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if occupancy is requested prior to the completion of
landscaping andor asphalting, a bond, letter of credit or cashiers check equal to twice the value of
said costs must be submitted to the Planning Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shaU result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That driveway be moved to the west;
shutters added to all windows, add ventilator to the west elevation with Staff approval; building to
be moved to be in compliance with wetlands.
