RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL
CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE PRINCE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
SW 'h SECTION 10, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was submitted by Dennis
Prince for the property located along East Wind Lake Road in the SW 114 of Section 10, Town of
Norway, on July 13, 1998, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the
City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with future street
patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Noway must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating a two (2)
lot land division of the Prince property, located in the SW 114 of Section 10, Town of Norway.
