RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL
CERTIFED SURVEY MAP FOR THE ERWIN TRUST PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NW Vi SECTION 3, TOWN OF NORWAY
WREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was submitted by American
Surveying Company, Inc., for the Erwin Trust property located along East Wind Lake Road (CTH S) in
the NW 114 of Section 3, Town ofNorway, on June 19, 1998, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the
City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with future street
patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating a two (2)
lot land division of the Erwin Trust property, located in the NW 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Norway.
