PCR1998107a AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 107-98 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE ROWINSKI PROPERTY LOCATED AT W 190 S8 15 1 MERCURY DRIVE (TOM ‘N SONS, INC.) WHEREAS, Plans were submitted for an amendment to the existing building, site and operation plan of the Rowinski property at W190 S8151 Mercury Drive by Tom Rowinski on June 5, 1998, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1, Industrial Park, and the existing operation conforms to all the requirements of said zoning district, and WHEREAS, The current building selves as a machine shop, containing 1,110 square feet of office space and 8,566 square feet for the machine shop, and WHEREAS, The petitioner proposes to expand the machine shop area east on the north end of the building to Mercury Drive, and WREAS, Two proposals have been submitted. Project “A”, a 40 X 73.7 foot (2,948 sf) addition with a 22.5 foot setback from Mercury Drive and Project “B’, a 25 X 73.4 foot (1,845 sf.) addition with a 37.5 foot setback from Mercury Drive. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended building, site and operation plan for Project ”B” for a 1,845 square foot addition with a 37.5 foot setback from Mercury Drive at the property located at W190 S8151 Mercury Drive, for the Rowinski property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
