PCR19981060 AMENDED APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE LARRY BABICWBABICH TRUST PROPERTY LOCATED AT S82 W 18848 GEMINI DRIVE (MUSKEG0 WAREHOUSE SERVICES) RESOLUTION #P.C. 106-98 WHEREAS, Plans were submitted for an amendment to the existing building, site and operation plan of the Lany BabichBabich Trust property at S82 W 18848 Gemini Drive by Larry Babich on June 6, 1998, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1, Industrial Park, and the existing operation is permitted in said zoning district, and WHEREAS, Said site was amended to permit the use of a general !?eight and transfer facility plus fleet repair and maintenance under Resolution #P.C. 22-98 and was re-addressed as a miscellaneous item on April 7, 1998, for the addition of two (2) overhead doors to the east end of the building and elimination of two central overhead doors, and WHEREAS, Petitioner proposes to connect the two (2) culverts along Gemini Drive to a full 153 feet, allowing for a full drive access, and to keep all overhead door for loading, unloading, and facilities access purposes. THEFEFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended building, site and operation plan to allow for a 153 foot culvert crossing along Gemini Drive and parking and access plan for the property and building located at S82 W18848 Gemini Drive, for Larry BabichBabich Trust. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the eastern most and central “proposed asphalt pavement” areas along Gemini Drive be paved immediately. The western “proposed asphalt pavement’’ area in front of the office area is to remain with no asphalt. The “proposed asphalt pavement” area along the north property line on Mercury Drive is to be asphalted within one (1) year Increase the proposed landscape area in front of the building to fifteen (15) feet of landscaping.
