PCR1998101AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 101-98 APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFICATION SIGNS FOR THE PLUM CREEK EAST SUBDIVSION BY THE PLUM CREEK HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION WHEREAS, Plans were submitted for two (2) subdivision identification signs and ten (IO) traffic safety, caution and warning signs by the Plum Creek Home Owner’s Association on June 8, 1998, and WHEREAS, The two (2) identification signs will be located at the entries of the Plum Creek East Subdivision, one (l), sign as illustrated on the plans submitted June 16, 1998, in the island area of the Providence Way and Janesville Road intersection and one, three (3) square feet sign along the Apollo Drive entry being located out of the right-of-way, and WHEREAS, Such signs must be located out of the road right-of-way and may not obstruct any vision comer areas, and one sign would be located in an island in the Providence Way and Janesville Road right-of-ways, and WHEREAS, The traffic signs would be located along Providence Way and Apollo Drive and would require approval by the Public Services Committee. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of the two (2) subdivision identification signs, the one (1) sign as illustrated on the plans submitted June 16, 1998, along Providence Way and the one (1) 3 square foot sign along Apollo Drive subject to their location outside of the public right-of-way. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
