PCR1998100RESOLUTION #P.C.100-98 APPROVAL TO AMEND A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR WIZA INDUSTRIES FOR BUILDINGS AT W189 S8184 & W189 S8188 MERCURY DRIVE (TAX KEY #2221.010) WREAS, The Plan Commission approved a building, site and operation plan for two buildings at W189 S8184 & W189 S8188 Mercury Dr under Resolution #P.C.236-97, and WHEREAS, The Wiza Industries has submitted a revised site plan illustrating the conveyance of roof and sump water to the Mercury Drive ditch for both and this detail was not included on the site plan approved under Resolution #P.C. 184-97, and WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed this request and find that the recipient ditch was designed with ample capacity to handle this flow of water THEREFORE! BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves of an amended building, site and operation plan for Wiza Industries for the buildings located at W189 S8184 and Wl89 S8188 Mercury Drive (Tax Key #2221.010). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
