APPROVAL TO AMEND A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
FOR WIZA INDUSTRIES AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
S82 W 18792 GEMINI DRIVE
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved of an amendment to a building, site and
operation plan for the extension of a buried roof conductor to Mercury Drive for the property
located at S82 W18792 Gemini Drive under Resolution #P.C.236-97. and
WHEREAS, The buried roof conductor also conveys sump water to the Mercury Drive storm
water drainage ditch and this detail was not included on the site plan amendment approved under
Resolution #P.C. 236-97, and
WHEREAS, Wiza Industries has submitted a revised site plan illustrating the above described
roof conductor and has indicated that sump water will also be conveyed through this feature to the
Mercury Drive ditch, and
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed this request and find that the recipient ditch was
designed with ample capacity to handle this flow of water.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves of an amended
building, site and operation plan for Wiza Industries at the property located at S82 WI8792
0 Gemini Drive
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be
maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the pipe will be painted brown or gay.
Landscaping to the north and south of the pipe exiting the building needs Staff approval. If the T-
culvert is not installed, that the pipe outlet will have rip-rap.
