RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL
CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE KAU PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NE Vi OF THE NW Yi OF SECTION 3. TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was submitted by the
American Surveying Company, Inc., for the property located at the SE corner of the intersection od
along Loomis Drive (C.T.H. 'S ') and Union Church Road (Eight Mile Road) in the NE 1/4 of the
NWU4 of Section 3, Town ofNorway, on May 18, 1998, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the
City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with hture street
patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
a Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating a two (2)
lot land division of the Kau property, located in the NE1/4 of the NW Vi of Section 3, Town ofNorway
