PCR1998091C RESOLUTION #P.C. 091-98 WALLNER PROPERTY LOCATED IN LOT 17 OF LAKEVIEW HIGHLANDS SUBDIVION WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Don Pionek for a mother-in-law/family unit at the Wallner property proposed for Thomas Berken on Lot 17 of the Lakeview Highlands Subdivision, and APPROVAL OF A MOTHER-IN-LAWFAMILY UNIT FOR THE WHEREAS, A mother-in-law/funily unit is a permitted accessory use subject to the conditions placed under Section 8.01 (7) B.14, requiring a notification of neighboring parcels within 100 feet of the property and limiting the size of said structure to 800 square feet, and WHEREAS, Neighboring parcels within 100 feet of Lot 17 of Lakeview Highlands have been notified and said plans indicate that said unit will exceed 800 square feet, and WHEREAS, The circulation layout is that of a sliding pocket door from a hallway that leads to the garage and a separate rear entry exterior exit. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of mother-in- law/family unit for the Wallner property located in Lot 17 Lakeview Highlands Subdivision subject to nonlockable door being installed between the proposed mother-in-law/family unit and garage hallway. a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
