PCR19980860 AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 086-98 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BULLDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE PIZZA HUT PROPERTY LOCATED AT S73 W I6730 JANESVILLE ROAD WHEREAS, Plans were submitted for an amendment to the existing building, site and operation plan of the Pizza Hut property at S73 W16730 Janesville Road by Phoenix LTD. on May 5, 1998, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-4/0PD, Highway Business with a Planned Development Overlay, and the existing operation conforms to all the requirements of said zoning district, and WHEREAS, Petitioner proposes to relocate an existing 10’ X IO’ shed behind the primary building and relocate it along the northeast comer ofthe site, replace the shed with a new 13.8’ X 18’ accessory building and place an enclosed dumpster area at the southwest comer THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the relocation of an existing IO’ X 10’ shed behind the primary building and relocating it along the northeast comer of the site, replacing the shed with a new 13.8’ X 18’ accessory building and placing an enclosed dumpster area at the southwest comer at the property located at S73 W16730 Janesville e Road, for Phoenix Design, Inc. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
