PCR1998081TWICE AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 081-98 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE FAVRE & ASSOCIATE, LLC., PROPERTY LOCATED AT S102 W19570 KELSEY DRIVE (BROKE SPOKE) WHEREAS, Plans were submitted for a shed and parking lot expansion to the existing building, site and operation plan of the Favre & Associates, LLC., property at SI02 W19570 Kelsey Drive by Jeff Favre on April 24, 1998, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-2, Local Service Center District, and the existing operation conforms to all the requirements of said zoning district, and WHEREAS, The petitioner proposes to expand the parking area to the north and build a IO’ x 12’ accessory building for storage on the parcel grounds, and WHEREAS, Plan Commission approved of a previous parking lot expansion project subject to drainage being directed to Kelsey Drive or Racine Avenue, and the petitioner proposes a revised drainage plan: dated May 5, 1998. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended building, site and operation plan for parking lot expansion and 10’ X 12’ accessory building at the property located at SI02 W 19570 Kelsey Drive, for Favre & Associates, LLC. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both. THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the final coat of asphalt will be placed on driveway within a two (2) year time frame. Grading plan to be submitted.
