I AMEND RESOLUTION #P.C. 077-98 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE LUTHERANS INC., FOR THE ELDERLY PROPERTY LOCATED AT S69 W 14142 TESS CORNERS DRIVE (STONEY CREEK RETIREMENT CENTER) WHEREAS, Plans were submitted for a 200 square foot accessory building to be added to the existing building, site and operation plan of the Lutherans Inc., for the Elderly property at S69 W14142 Tess ComersDrive by George Guhr on April 23, 1998, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RSWOPD, Multiple Family Residence District with a Planned Development Overlay, and the existing operation conforms to all the requirements of said zoning district, and WHEREAS, This site was an approved planned unit development for senior housing, and WHEREAS, Petitioner proposes to include a 10’ X 20’ accessory building to be located at the east end of the property. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended building, site and operation plan for a 200 square foot accessory structure at the property located at S69 W14142 Tess Comers Drive, for the Lutherans Inc., for the Elderly property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That accessory structure to be built out of 100 year Plan Department City of Muskego floodplain area. Adopted 05-05-98 Defeated Deferred e 04-27-98
