PCR1998075RESOLUTION #P.C. 075-98 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE BULLDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF CROWBAR AND KELSEY DRIVES FOR MUSKEGO-NORWAY SCHOOL AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on May 13, 1997 by the Muskego-Norway School District for review of a conceptual building, site and operation plan for a middle school and were approved under Resolution #P.C. 106-97 on May 20, 1997 and a Building, Site and Operation Plan and November 10, 1997 detailed building, site and operational plans were for the proposed middle school were submitted by Muskego-Norway Schools illustrating a decorative concrete block and brick building, location and detail of storm water management facilities, parking and drive areas, landscaping treatments, and floor plans and were approved under Resolution #P.C. 228-97 on November 18, 1997 subject to the following conditions: 1 Satisfactory resolution of issues addressed in Plan Commissioner’s Supplement for the November 18, 1997 Plan Commission meeting. 2. Execution of a maintenance agreement for all storm water management facilities prior to occupancy of the school building. 3. Execution of a maintenance agreement for joint use of Denoon Park Facilities prior to occupancy of the school building. 4. Execution of a drainage easement document for the south lot Line swale. 5. Approval of sewer plans by DNR and Town of Norway Sewer Utility District prior to the issuance of building permits. 6. Submittal for approval and final construction of turn lanes at Crowbar and Kelsey Drives, and at Kelsey Drive and Racine Avenue prior to Occupancy of the school building. 7 Signalization of the intersection of Kelsey Drive and Racine Avenue prior to occupancy of the commencement of the first day any partial or full school year WHEREAS, Revised elevation plans and proposed lighting plans were submitted on April 17, 1998, and WHEREAS, Said revised elevation plans substantially conform to the prior approved plans, and WHEREAS, Said lighting plans do not conform to City Standards. THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Plan Commission of the City of Muskego approves of the amended building elevation plans. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That any lighting installed shall be high pressure sodium, cut-off, down cast, zero degree fixture tilt and no taller than 15 foot maximum (including pole, 0 pedestal & fixture).
