PCR1998073la AMEND RESOLUTION #P.C. 073-98 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE SCHWARZ PROPERTY LOCATED AT S80 W18797 APOLLO DRIVE (ACCU TOOL AND DIE, INC.) WHENAS, Plans were submitted for a building expansion for the existing building, site and operation plan of the Schwartz property at S80 W18797 Apollo Drive by Lehrmann-Moesch, Construction on April 24, 1998, and WREAS, The property is zoned 1-1, Industrial Park, and the existing operation conforms to all the requirements of said zoning district, and WHEREAS, The petitioner proposes to add a 59’ X 100’ addition at the south end of the existing building. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended building, site and operation plan for a 59’ X 100’ addition at the property located at S80 W18797 Apollo Drive, for Lehrmann Moesch Construction. Any lighting added to building will be in conformance with City Standards. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
